Sister Burton and Sister Oscarson visit to Milan

In October, the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Milan area and the missionaries of the Italy Milan Mission were blessed by a visit from the General Relief Society President, Sister Linda K. Burton, the General Young Women President, Sister Bonnie L. Oscarson and Elder Patrick Kearon and Elder Paul V. Johnson of the First Quorum of Seventy. Many of their spouses also blessed our mission by coming to teach us.  The general auxiliary leaders and authorities arrived October 20th and departed on October 22nd.  Member and missionary meetings and visits were held on October 21, 2015.

As soon as the guests were picked up from the airport, we were able to go to a special group showing at "The Last Supper" in Milan.

We then met two stake presidents and their wives in Milan, took a tour of the Duomo and dined together in downtown Milan.

And this one is from Australia

Meanwhile. Sister Johnson was visiting with the Sorelle

The Senior Couple Sorelle were also in attendance and brought salads and cookies

Sister Burton and her husband were also having lunch with the Sorelle

Presidente and Sorella Dal Zotto of the Milan Est Stake also lunched with us

More of our darling Sorelle

And more with a Senior Sorella

We love our sweet Sorelle!

The smiles of the missionaries brighten everyone's day.

What a special experience to meet with these general church leaders and get to know them more personally and to learn from these divinely-called leaders through personal revelation.  We are so very blessed as a mission with great missionaries and plenty of people to find, teach and baptize into the restored Church of Jesus Christ on the earth today.
