After sending and receiving missionaries in the first week of March, a series of training meetings were held in the Italy Milan Mission. On March 9th, Consiglio was held at Lampugnano. This is where the mission leaders come together to discuss what the Sister Training Leaders and Zone Leaders need to teach on at zone training later in the same week (March 12th). Next came a specialized training for Sister Training Leaders and District Leaders on March 17th, 19th and 26th in Bologna, Genova and Milano. New Missionary Training meetings were held on March 24th and 25th in Firenze and Milano. President Dibb has also been interviewing at District Meetings where missionaries help each other to meet specific needs of their areas of proselyting.

NEW MISSIONARY TRAINING IN MILANO - MARCH 25, 2015
Thank you to all those who taught and trained and listened and learned. We had a great time sharing ideas and techniques to have more effective district meetings and scambios (companionship exchanges). We caught the vision of training new missionaries and becoming the missionary we want to be. We want to be leaders who can build a mission culture of being obedient "Preach My Gospel" missionaries, following the Missionary Handbook and solidifying language and teaching skills. We have a lot to do and we can do it with the help of our Heavenly Father. We thank Him for this amazing opportunity.
